Color: Clear with a very faint straw/platinum
hue
Nose: Earthy, smoked pepper and cabbage, garlic marinated
pork, and herbal underbrush aromas
Taste: a brisk buoyant entry leads to a round medium-bodied palate
with sea salt, herbs, and earthy peppery agave. Finishes with a reveal of sweet
fruity agave and spicy pink peppercorns. An idiosyncratic and rustically styled
blanco with robust food-like flavor elements. |

Nose: Oily, burnt agave and roasted nut and vegetable nose
Taste: a soft entry leads to a dryish light-bodied palate with flax,
honey, salt, smoky oak wood, banana and spice notes. Finishes with a sweet fade
of agave and white pepper. A nutty, rustically flavored style with an elegant

Color: Light amber hue
Nose: Lanolin, peanut brittle, cheese, and vinegar aromas.
Taste: a
nervous entry leads to an angularly alcoholic medium to full bodied palate with
peppercorns, salted nuts, and burnt caramel, and white pepper flavors. Finishes
with noticeable fire.
