Tripple distilled.
100% Agave, 40% Vol., 700 ml
Color: clear with a gun metal cast.
Nose: roasted red pepper, mature cheese, and marinating spice aromas
with a fair amount of vapor and a touch of vanilla.
Taste: a smooth, round entry leads to an off-dry medium-to
full-bodied palate with sweet tropical fruit, black pepper, and salty,
grilled pepper flavors. Finishes with a long fade of spicy heat and sweet
agave fruit. Great texture and very true agave flavors.  ISW

100% Agave, 40% Vol., 700 ml
Color: lustrous golden amber color
Nose: marinating spice, and charred meat, with subdued cooked
banana and meringue aromas.
Taste: a round, smooth entry leads to a dryish medium-bodied palate
with grilled tropical fruit, salted/smoked meat, and peppery wood spice flavors.
Finishes with dried herbs and spices and a wave of peppery heat. A nice spicy
wood influenced reposado that should cut through well in a margarita. |

100% Agave, 40% Vol., 700 ml
Color: Pale
copper
Nose: Sweet pickling spice, olive, pimento, and cedar aromas
with a touch of musk oil.
Taste: Medium-bodied with toasted oak, caramel,
olive, and sweet pepper flavors. A subtle cola nut, peppery spice,
and perfume finish. Interesting, give this a little time to open up. ISW
