Nose: earthy and vegetal with citrus, pear and light floral
notes
Taste: a soft round entry leads to a dryish, glycerous medium-bodied
palate with sweet dried fruit, black pepper, sea salt, and yellow pepper flavors.
Finishes with a long salty, green pepper fade. Nicely styled and vibrant. |

Nose: well-rounded
with subtle hints of vanilla and cinnamon as well as a citrus,
pear and tropical fruitiness. Possesses rich aromas of agave
with underlying oak-driven smokiness
Taste: a
soft round entry leads to a dryish medium-to full-bodied plate
with dried caramel, clove, grilled pineapple, and peppery spice
flavors. Finishes with a long sweet tropical fruit and spice

and figs, drying brown spices, roasted nuts, and toffee flavors.
Finishes with a delicate and complex dried fruit, toffee, mocha,
