Tequila? No way! Tequila a drink for people like me, since when? Everybody knows that Tequila is a pathetic plonk for have-nots, wrestlers, dockers, for wannabe authors, painters who sell pictures by square meter prices and looser-lawyers. Everybody knows that Tequila is too strong, even dangerous, and drunken it cuts you down to the ground. They say it’s made for thefts and murder because its driving men mad. Why should I offer Tequila to my guests? I better serve a Whisky, Brandy, Vodka, or Cognac – all made for cultured people with good taste – but Tequila? No thanks!

As shocking it might look like, but well educated man with good taste enjoy Tequila everywhere – in Mexico and leastwise in 50 other countries around the world. In America Tequila is beloved and adored. In Europe it goes hand to hand with nobility, adorns dinner tables in high royal houses and has conquered the hearts of musicians, film-makers and poets.
