the "El Jimador" is
the man whose most very basic instinct commands respect for these
plants,
whose knowing eyes identify those, which after ten years of cultivation,
have reached maturity, and whose strength and skilled management
of his tools, bring the finest speciments to harvest. It is the
fruit of only these finest plants which are used to produce this
most excellent Tequilas.

40 days in oak vats
38% Vol., 700 ml
Color: silver, crystal and transparent colour
Nose: a notorious bouquet of blue agave, with a
hint of smooth boiled agave
Taste: at first little rough, but smooth when
swallowed. Medium body, light, with slippery
legs. |

for
2 months in white oak casks, imported from Kentucky and the
Cognac region
38% Vol., 700 ml
Color: bright, transparent and brilliant, with
beautiful pale amber
Nose: the smell hints of boiled and raw agave, vanilla,
syrup, cinnamon and a definition of light smoke and olives.
Taste: silky and full, confirming the cinnamon, boiled
agave and hints of spice. |
