toast, and pepper. Finishes with a sweet peppery fade.

Color: pale golden color
Nose: slightly musty stone fruit and beeswax aromas.
Taste: a very supple entry leads to a round medium-bodied
palate with coconut cream, dried papaya, yellow pepper and cinnamon bark
flavors. Finishes with a long, woody, sweet spice and pepper fade. |

handmade batches.
100% Agave, 40% Vol., 700 ml
Color: pale golden yellow with a copper cast.
Nose: Caramel, marshmallow, pickling spice, and grilled
pepper aromas.
Taste: a soft, creamy entry leads to a dryish medium-to
full-bodied palate with wildflower honey, light caramel, grilled pineapple
and mango, brown spice and pepper flavors. Finishes dryly with caramel
cream, black pepper, mineral, and sweet spices.
